Not from personal experience but I've heard stories from reliable sources. On a side note, the Emergency Room is no place to be at 3:00AM on a Friday or Saturday night when the weather starts warming up (around graduation time). From the police to the fire department to EMS to the transportation infrastructure, everything is run as though it were a model for others to aspire to. We're really in one of the safest and most well run cities in the world. There are some very experienced people running this operation and they're actively engaged 24/7, things don't just break down and cause mass pandemonium.
